The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission will hold a virtual meeting of its Gopher Tortoise Technical Assistance Group on Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2026.
The meeting is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. EDT and will include conservation updates, according to the agency. Members of the public are welcome to attend through Microsoft Teams, though a conference-call option will not be offered.
FWC said the agenda, handouts and presentations will be shared in the Teams meeting chat. Some materials may not be available until the day of the meeting.
