Walt Disney World is ushering in fall 2026 with one of its most expansive seasonal food rollouts in recent memory. New breakfast dishes, creative churro creations, frozen slushes, specialty milkshakes, and cocktails are landing across all four theme parks, Disney Springs, both water parks, and a handful of resort hotels — giving guests a lot of eating to plan around.
Breakfast gets a serious upgrade at several All-Star and Port Orleans resort dining spots. Disney's Art of Animation is serving Birthday Cake Waffles and Pancakes topped with birthday cake custard and rainbow sprinkles, while Port Orleans locations will offer Strawberry Waffles and Pancakes with vanilla custard. All-Star Sports goes the Caramel-Banana route with streusel, All-Star Music leans into Fruit Cereal flavor, and All-Star Movies features Candy Bar Waffles with cookie bar pieces, caramel, and chocolate sauce — all in Mickey's signature shape.
Churro lovers have plenty of reasons to wander. Hollywood Studios alone offers four distinct takes, including Bavarian Cream-filled Churros and Cookie Butter Mini Churros. EPCOT's Sunshine Seasons is doing a Churro Strawberry Shortcake Sundae, Animal Kingdom is combining a classic churro with DOLE Whip pineapple and chili-lime in a single dessert, and Blizzard Beach is topping Churro Fries with maple bacon jam. Magic Kingdom is even offering a Churro Overdrive loaded with cookies and cream, blue sugar, and marshmallow. For caffeine seekers, Animal Kingdom's Isle of Java is debuting a Churro-misu Cold Brew with tiramisu cold foam.
The frozen drink menu is equally ambitious. Non-alcoholic highlights include the Key Lime Dream (limeade, sweet cream, and graham cracker crumbles), the peachy and creamy Peaches and Cream, and the spicy Mango Heat Wave. Adults can reach for the Old Fashioned Freeze with Woodford Reserve bourbon or the Blackberry Cobbler with Jack Daniel's Blackberry Whiskey and Biscoff crumble. Milkshake fans should look out for the S'mores Gelato Milkshake at EPCOT's Connections Eatery, the Steamboat Willie Milkshake at Magic Kingdom's Plaza Restaurant, and two espresso martini milkshake versions — one at Hollywood Studios' Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater and a gelato-based rendition at Wilderness Lodge's Whispering Canyon Cafe.
